Newcastle, Commercial · heritage restoration2024

Bolton Street, Newcastle

Commercial work with the same hands: a complex heritage restoration of a 140-year-old ornate timber ceiling, working seamlessly with a specialist cabinet maker in a building full of latent conditions — then a gallery-white studio fit-out beneath it for Tatt Brat, with arched openings, curved plaster and restored floors. Proof the craft carries from cottages to commercial.
